The offer is applicable for Tree House Villa only and based on a minimum stay of 4 nights.
CHI, The Spa does not include any body treatment, wraps, scrubs and facial treatment and must be experienced between 9am and 2pm. Advance reservation is required.
Rate is subject to 10% service charge and mandatory Maldivian bed tax of US$8.00 per person per night regardless of age
Complimentary night is inclusive of half board for 2 persons only.
Half Board is based on breakfast and dinner in restaurants excluding beverages. Additional charge will apply for in-villa dining and dine by design upon request.
Half board, return domestic flight transfer and CHI, The Spa experience are only applicable for two persons. Third person will be charged accordingly.
The offer is valid on Public Rate / Wholesale Rate.

Single travelers will pay the double occupancy rate per night
A Third adult will be charged at per person per night rate listed above. Applicable to Beach Villas only.
All stays must be completed in the period 01.05.2010 - 31.10.2010 (both dates inclusive)
Meal supplements, Seaplane Transfers & extras will remain as per contract and all offers needs to be mentioned at the time of booking.
The above rates cannot be used in conjunction with any existing special offers or those listed in the contracts including Early Bird Offers and the Honeymooners discount.
Offer does not apply to Lagoon Suites Water Villa
Guests staying in water villas will receive complimentary a bottle of champagne (01 bottle per room per stay) and one fruit platter per stay.
Honeymooners will receive a fruit basket, a bottle of champagne on arrival and a 50 minutes Balinese couple massage per couple per stay. Child accommodation
One child under the age of 12 years can be accommodated in the parent’s room free of charge and on the same meal plan basis as both parents. However prevailing government bed tax currently USD $8 per child per night will apply.
One child between 11-15 years can be accommodated in parent’s room on complimentary basis, however prevailing government bed tax currently US8 per child per night and meal supplements will be charged as per contract. For breakfast USD $25.00 per child would be charged.
Children are not permitted in the Water Villas.
